Frequently asked questions

  • All of our prints and frames are made to order so lead times will vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.Our rolled prints are supplied by a local small business and are usually ready to collect within 7 days. Our frames are made in house and typically take between 5 and 10 days if all materials are in stock. Canvas pieces typically produced within 7 - 14 days and 2-3 weeks for our aluminium prints as they are sourced from our interstate small business suppliers (Allow up to an additional 7-10 days if interstate shipping is required).If you're working to a deadline or need your order urgently, let us know and we can usually make this happen for you by speeding up the process where we can! Get in touch if you're not sure, or leave us a note on your order at checkout.

  • In the rare event your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged for you ASAP.

    Louise has carefully chosen her set range of sizes to ensure you get the best value for money, but that doesn't mean other sizes can't be done! Get in touch with your requirements, and we can adjust our sizes to suit your space.
